About this conversion
One .msg is a message; a hundred of them is a case file nobody can read. As a table they can be sorted by date, counted by sender and filtered down to the few that matter, which is usually the actual job.

You are not locked into CSV
The file is parsed once and stays open, so the format is picked at the end rather than the beginning: the same .msg can leave here as XLSX, ZIP, EML, MBOX, PDF, HTML, TXT or JSON. Before that you can search it by subject or address, filter by year, sender and attachment type, mark the duplicates and look through the archive overview.
